Hey there, I'm trying to figure out why my computer keeps stuttering suddenly. No changes seemed to be made before the problem started. Before testing anything, I swapped my old 2.5 SSD with a new one using an M.2 slot, since the old drive was wearing out. The issue still popped up occasionally, so I replaced the RAM just in case and then ran some stress tests with Prime95 and Furmark to see if temperatures were high. Everything was within normal limits except for my 'Physical Memory Load' showing 99.9% on HWiNFO, which was red. I'm pretty new to PCs, but I have these specs handy: MSI RTX 4070Ti Gaming X Trio, Intel i7 10700k, Asus ROG Strix Z590-E, Wi-Fi 32GB DDR4 3200MHz. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks!
