The interruptions only impact my 1% lows in numerous titles, such as cyberpunk with ultra RT at 1440p I achieve 90 fps, and my 1% lows sit at 60, dropping to 25-35 every few minutes, which creates a clear micro-glitch, even when FPS is limited or settings are reduced. In CS2 I see over 300 fps and 1% lows at 200, then suddenly fall to 60 during a deathmatch in warzone, Bo6, and Rust. This consistently happens with my 1% lows across all games except CS2, where they drop to 60. Whenever a stutter occurs, my CPU usage spikes from 11ms to 110ms. I’ve tried many solutions—power plans, BIOS tweaks, uninstalling apps, switching peripherals, even removing the RGB controller. My hardware stays cool, rarely overheating, and stays within safe temperatures during demanding games (usually 70-75°C). I’ve replaced every part from my NZXT build, but the problem persists. Yesterday a new motherboard arrived, which didn’t help. I’ve reinstalled Windows multiple times without success. An electrician checked power and used an ups/voltage regulator, tried two monitors, but nothing changed. Keep in mind I’ve experienced these stutters since my prebuilt setup, and after every hardware change the issue remains consistent. At this stage, I’m unsure what’s causing it—no software glitch, power issues, or hardware fault detected. Today I ruled out drivers as the cause by using only Windows drivers and not the motherboard ones. If anyone has suggestions, I’d appreciate trying them. Hey, thanks for replying. I already tried that when i was trying different outlets i plugged the pc to my tv with a 2.1 hdmi and it didnt work. Edit: i tried using my old monitor DP cable and it didnt work
I considered it, but the problem stayed unchanged even after switching to a newer model. The prebuilt still had a 750W MSI Mag PSU, and I received the same setup but upgraded to an 850W GPU, yet the issue persisted.

From the latest driver updates, I still face this issue. After every update I perform a full reinstall, and once I get the new GPU, I reinstall Windows to be certain. The only hint is that I somehow ended up with two defective PSUs, but it feels very improbable.
