The issue appears to be related to how the PC handles loading states, showing glitches in the BIOS or loading screen but normal operation once Windows fully loads. The file ID VID-20250227-WA0003.mp4 may indicate a specific problem or error recorded during testing.

Get the latest update and flash the BIOS. A guide exists for updating the BIOS; neglecting regular updates can lead to corruption. Obtain the newest BIOS file from your motherboard maker's site, move it to a USB stick, enter BIOS settings at startup, go to the update area, pick the downloaded file, and start the installation.
