Everything feels sluggish, the Task Manager has trouble loading, and the SSD IOPS drop significantly. After a restart, things improve. It depends on what you're trying to achieve, but adjusting settings can improve performance. A restart often resolves issues too. The PSU might be relevant if power stability is the concern.

Motherboard is approximately one and a half years old. All remaining parts date from 2017 to 2018. An extra Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD was added, but it has been fully removed from the setup until the problem arose (only the Evo remains connected). The system typically powers off through Windows without being unplugged completely.
