System experiences delays or stutters during game loading and heavy tasks
Since installing Windows 10, my PC frequently lagged and stuttered during game loading or switching tabs. Frame rates dropped significantly, often to just 2 frames per second, making it hard to move the cursor or hear background audio. Discord calls would cut out peripherals for a few seconds before restoring normally. I'm using the same drivers as the latest Windows update and haven't experienced these problems before. Any advice would be helpful.
It's typical to see loading screens unless your system is powerful enough.
