I'm not sure if others share your experience, but it sounds like a problem with Chrome while using Facebook, YouTube, and other sites. The lag when scrolling down feels like it's moving slowly, almost sticky. It seems similar when using Word too. I suspect Microsoft Office might be affected as well. With four tabs open in Chrome, your CPU usage was high—around 80% to 98%. After closing the Facebook tab, it dropped to about 30%. Anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing this?
I suspect a memory problem might be the cause. I've been using Firefox for some time without any issues, though Chrome tends to use more RAM. They're looking into a Memory Management issue for AMD CPUs in the latest Windows 10 Insider builds, and it seems related to memory and AMD. A patch is expected soon for Insiders and should reach stable versions as well.
