I experienced the same issue after a cold boot this morning. Fast startup remains turned off in Windows, and CSM is also disabled. This has been consistent for two months until yesterday when I powered down the PC. Now it happens every time I start from cold boot on the Z590M Gaming X i7 11700K.

Check which memory modules are in use and try running them slower to determine if that fixes the problem. Additionally, ensure the BIOS is updated to the most recent stable release.

Available memory options include Corsair and similar brands. The PSU should provide adequate wattage based on your system's power demands. For the GPU, ensure it matches the motherboard specifications—typically 6GB or higher for modern GPUs.
