Hello, here are your updated details:
PC model: MOBO Z590 Aorus EliteAX
CPU: i7-11700K
RAM: 16GB
GPU: RTX 3070
Power supply: 750W
For the past month everything has worked smoothly until last night when I noticed sudden lag. I restarted the system and saw a "Boot Failure Detected" message in the photos. No BIOS overclocking or settings changes have been made. Anyone have any advice?

Ensure no BIOS adjustments were made, then select load defaults and restart to observe the outcome.

Perhaps restart CMOS using a jumper or removing the CMOS battery for about 30 seconds to a minimum.

You've already resolved the problem? The issue with your system remains. After resetting the CMOS, the screen stays black while the PC operates normally and the motherboard emits a red light.
