System Details: CPU – AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7975WX, Motherboard – Gigabyte TRX50 Top AI, GPU – ASUS ROG RTX 4090, RAM – G.Skill DDR5 ECC 128GB (4×32GB) @5600MHz, SSD – Samsung 990 Pro 4TB ×2, Cooling – Silent Loop 2 AIO PSU, Power Supply – Seasonic PRIME TX-1000W (titanium rated).

Issue Overview: Following a power failure, the PC entered a boot loop displaying debug code 61 on the motherboard. After normal startup, Windows loading appears briefly before automatic restart. Reboots trigger Q-Code 61 again, causing an endless loop without full Windows loading.

Troubleshooting Attempts: CMOS cleared via rear I/O button; BIOS re-flash with Q-Flash Plus and the latest stable version. Both operations succeeded but did not resolve the problem. Components were removed and reinserted, including GPU, RAM, SSDs, and power connectors. Minimal setup was used (single RAM stick, no SSDs), and each RAM module was tested individually.

Disconnect the PC and press the power button briefly, then take out the CMOS battery from your motherboard for over ten minutes. Do you have any backup PC components you could try one by one?
