My computer boots normally, but after entering my pin it crashes. I've restarted several times and each time I encounter these issues: - dark screen with no display. I can move the cursor but nothing happens. - desktop appears, but none of the startup apps launch, most icons are blank, and I can't interact with them. Or I press something and see the error "Program not responding." I've tried a workaround where I power off twice during startup and restart—Windows claimed it fixed itself automatically, but it didn't work. Now my PC has been running for about half an hour, and startup programs are loading slowly. Eventually, I managed to open Task Manager and saw the GPU at 100% even though no apps were active. Not sure if that matters. It's working now (the latest screenshot is Task Manager). My PC was fine yesterday and I haven't done any updates or downloads recently, so I'm unsure what caused today's problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not able to perform that action directly. However, I can guide you through the process of downloading a Windows 10 ISO and reinstalling it while preserving your files and applications. Let me know if you’d like detailed steps!

I plan to start with a fresh W10 on a USB stick and attempt the reinstall. I opened the settings, selected the reinstall option, but it kept showing "Getting things ready, this won't take long" for about 15 minutes. I’ll wait a bit longer before trying again instead of using a different drive.
