Hey there, I’ve just figured out it’s time to upgrade my setup and spent a bit on something that seemed solid for the long haul. But it looks like I hit a roadblock right away. Here’s what I have: CPU – Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GPU – GTX 5070 Ti, Motherboard – B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI, RAM – 32GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance 6000MHz, PSU – MAG 850GL, SSD – Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB, Cooler – Noctua NH-D15, Case – Phanteks XT Pro. I also have 7 Arctic P12 Pro PST fans inside. Not sure if I missed anything, but please let me know if I did.
The main issue? I can’t install Windows 11. When I tried, the system would load slowly, some BIOS settings disappeared, and I saw an error code (0xC0000428) right after booting. I checked online and thought it might be a RAM problem, so I swapped the sticks one by one but nothing changed. I disabled Safe Boot in BIOS and tried reseating the power connectors, but it didn’t fix anything. I also noticed the motherboard lights were flashing during debug mode – I’ve attached a video for reference.
If anyone has tips or suggestions, I’d really appreciate it. Also, this experience made me realize why some people dislike the 12V PCIe connector – it got stuck halfway in when I connected my PSU to the GPU.

Consider reinstalling the CPU and SSD. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try booting from a Linux live USB. Have you attempted running memtest86?
Ensure EXPO is turned off in the BIOS settings, then observe any effects. Restoring CMOS also works to revert to default BIOS settings.
Always wait until Windows is fully installed before proceeding.
