System crashes during gameplay Game slows down unexpectedly Freezing occurs while playing
I import files in Rust and often my computer freezes, making it impossible to use the mouse or open Task Manager. I have to press the power button to restart it. This seems to happen when another program is running besides Steam. I can't launch any other app while playing, or it will freeze too. My PC is brand new from late last year—a 1440 gaming machine. It’s really frustrating. Sometimes it stalls and lags every ten seconds. The case is Jonsbo D300, white motherboard, Gigabyte B650M Aorus Elite Ice AX, DDR5 CPU, AMD Ryzen 7 7700, 8 cores, 16 threads, GPU Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super Aero OC, 12GB RAM, 32GB Kingston Fury Beast RGB at 6000MHz, white thermal compound, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut cooling, Aftershock M-41 Frost Air cooler, white fans plus CPU fan, white storage with 1TB Gen4 Lexar NM790 M.2 NVME (750W 80+ Gold power supply), and white LED lighting. Case lighting is Aftershock Omni Beam LED strip. Anyone know a solution?
There seems to be a problem with the driver. Please reinstall the drivers by following the instructions on the PC (link provided).
