I’d really like to see a video, but I’m not getting boring ones. Right now I’m taking it apart to check the parts, which is helpful, but I don’t have a proper setup to test them yet—it’s frustrating.

As D1G1 mentioned, test your PSU first and then run memtest. If it’s the PSU that’s failing, consider replacing it instead of letting it continue under strain. From what you’re saying, I’d agree it’s likely the PSU—since putting a folded PC under load could stress it, making it seem like it’s failing when it might just be overworked. You might want to remove one GPU and retry. If the system starts up, capture a POST snapshot; this will give you a clearer picture of the issue or at least some guidance.

I'm retrieving options now, assuming the PSU is the issue. I'm looking for alternatives to test next.

It will begin powering on the fans and lights, yet there is no video output.

With a PSU present, start by checking it first, then examine heat concerns since you were adjusting at that moment.

The system is responding. Check for a single beep when pressing the power button. If more than one beep occurs, consult POST codes for your specific motherboard—manufacturers list them. This aids in troubleshooting. Ensure a speaker is connected to the motherboard’s fan headers during startup; this confirms proper power delivery.
