We attempted to reset the board via CMOS and then applied the BIOS with Q FLASH plus multiple BIOS versions. The process failed, but a sound indication appears after the Q Flash step.

It depends on whether you consider the FTPM/PSP NV corrupted screen as part of the BIOS. If so, yes; if not, we didn’t reach the BIOS setup. What exactly are you referring to by "afformentioned issue"? The FTPM/PSP NV screen? We confirmed there’s no BitLocker enabled, then the system restarted and it stopped working.
