My new build is stuck in a boot loop, remaining on all day in BIOS. After trying to boot into Windows or reinstalling via USB, the system hard reboots—either at the second boot or shortly after startup. I've tested various RAM slots, both single and dual. Cleared BIOS, reset CPU, but nothing works. Could it be the CPU or the motherboard? Help.

750 corsair psu is the model you're asking about, while 750 represents the advertised wattage. Which PSU model do you have?

The bios version is f9, just before the newest release. I considered updating to f10, but it might cause a boot loop and damage the motherboard. The RAM was sourced from a working Ryzen gaming rig, and the PSU was upgraded to 850W.
