You removed the CPU cooler but left it connected, used R7-1700 and the stock cooler. After separating them, you placed the CPU in the socket and booted up the PC. When the motherboard logo appeared, it asked for specific keys to access BIOS or WES, but instead of starting Windows, the system shut down.

Is this a fresh installation? Check the CMOS, consider browsing the BIOS settings.

Hello, When you say alone, do you mean there is no CPU cooler on it? Since the CPU came with the cooler, you may have bent a pin from the CPU so you may want to check that.

It wasn't a fresh installation. I removed the battery and reinstalled it. After turning the PC on, it opened Google but then restarted again.
