Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue where my PC randomly freezes and the screen goes black. It doesn't shut down completely, but it won't recover without a hard reboot. I'm not sure if the problem is with RAM or something else. I've already updated the graphics drivers. My CPU is Intel i7-11700, the GPU is Gigabyte RTX 4070, the motherboard is Asrock B560 Pro 4GB, RAM is Netec 2x8 GB at 3200 MHz DDR4, and the SSD is Samsung 500 GB.

I ran the Windows memory test and it succeeded. I then tried MemTest86 to confirm.

Perform a RAM stress test, update the BIOS, and consider a Windows reinstall.
