Hello, I assembled a gaming-focused PC with the intention of using it for gaming, browsing, and general tasks. I'm experiencing difficulties getting it to boot properly with Windows. Every time I power it on, it restarts repeatedly. It functions correctly when using the boot override in the BIOS during Windows installation but keeps restarting from the motherboard logo after a reboot. I've been trying to check each component individually, yet I haven't identified the issue.
Here are the specifications: Asrock X370 Pro 5600X, Asus dual Radeon RX6750XT OC, Samsung EVO 970 Plus, and a Corsair RM1000x Gold 250GB SSD.
Diagnosis attempts include running Memtest86 on CPU and RAM (both passed), reinstalling the OS, resetting CMOS, updating BIOS to default, switching from SSD to HDD, upgrading power supply three times, disabling all peripherals, removing drivers for boot override, reapplying the CPU, and changing UEFI to legacy mode.
Additionally, I switched my power supply to a lower-wattage Corsair 750x model, but it didn't resolve the problem.
