The Sync All Cores feature isn’t typically classified as overclocking in UEFI BIOS settings. It’s more about enabling core synchronization for better performance. For a non-K Intel processor, you’ll likely need a Z-series motherboard to fully utilize it.

It depends if you surpassed Intel's all-core turbo limit. By using fewer cores, you sacrifice additional frequency headroom even though you might still get good performance.

I believe the Sync All Cores function needs a Z series motherboard and a unlocked K series CPU. My current setup uses a Z board with a 7th Gen non-K processor, but the BIOS shows Sync All Cores without any effect. Check for visual proof of compatibility before purchasing. This feature enables overclocking, pushing the CPU past its standard Intel limits.
