In January 2024 I purchased an Apple Watch to participate in some fitness challenges with friends at the gym. It connected properly with the Fitbit app I use for step challenges, but recently it stopped syncing. After rebooting both my phone and watch without success, I’ve searched online—checking Google and YouTube—but most fixes involve paid subscriptions that might not apply. I suspect an update issue could be the problem, though I’m not certain. Do you know anyone experiencing the same issue or have any solutions?
