Discrete TPM indicates the chip is turned off. Firmware TPM activates the chip on your motherboard. The warning message remains visible. After enabling firmware TPM, I confirmed my PC is set up for Windows 11. Thanks.

If your motherboard stops working, swapping it out keeps your system functional. It’s similar to updating the firmware on a chip.

Hello, welcome! You're facing a common issue with firmware updates on your system. Since you're using an Intel Core i3-10100F and an ASUS H410M-K R2 motherboard, it's important to ensure the correct TPM settings are applied. Even if you don’t have a TPM header installed, you can still try reinstalling or updating the firmware to match the required configuration. Check the manufacturer’s documentation for your specific model and firmware version to confirm compatibility. If needed, contact the support team for guidance on restoring the correct TPM state.

Switching from discrete TPM to Firmware TPM should not affect your PC's stability. Your AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor is compatible with both options, so you should be fine either way.
