You have the Freelancer plus with MAX upgrade but want to switch to the Revel and York hangar. Is there a way to do this without purchasing the base for those hangars, which costs $40? Thanks, Jobo

It’s smarter to keep those 40 dollars and purchase a ship that includes the hangar you need. It’ll cost more, but you’ll end up with a ship.

You retain everything. Purchasing an extra ship includes its accompanying items. Your existing profile details stay the same. You might also opt for a separate package instead of just a ship, which grants you a new character slot in the game.

You're losing a lot of value, particularly the alpha access. You'll need to purchase passes for each module. Maintain the freelancer—it's a great vessel. It offers nice options and seems like a solid source of income. Don't go overboard chasing higher tiers; ships like Taurus, Freelancer, or Hornet don't fit the picture. Stick with the basic Selfland hangar—it's fine.

Don't worry about the hangars, particularly that one... It doesn't feel like a hangar or a home at all—it's more like a hotel lobby. Save your $40 and don't lose your lancer!
