After clearing numerous device drivers, I noticed CPU usage fell to zero and reboots became faster. While other drivers might have caused problems, the VoiceMeeter ones were likely the biggest issue. Thanks for guiding me to the solution!

Thanks for the update! I’ll remove any existing MMO audio drivers and set up the right ones for your motherboard. Good luck with VoiceMeeter!
