You're allowed, though I'd not recommend it. You might attempt manual undervolting, which is a simple method to lower power consumption.

Thank you for your patience. I’m unsure about assembling everything, but I think I got the fans correct. The calibration looks good, though it does increase noticeably when opening Chrome or iRacing.
