Hmm, if you reset all clocks and voltages to clear the black screen and blue texture problems, do they still appear? (though this isn't a solid test since your card might already be broken)

Anyway, good luck with your OCing!
Thanks for double-checking using stock settings—still seeing blue haze in game on 17.4.4.
Updating to version above 17.5 works perfectly, or it was a driver issue.
Also, the black screen only appears on updated drivers; only dx12 games with updates show this issue.
