Higher speeds often mean better performance for demanding tasks like gaming or video editing. Your current setup is solid, but upgrading RAM can still provide noticeable gains. Consider testing with the new specs to see real improvements. Your current configuration is fine, but the upgrade might be worthwhile if you notice slower performance with the older RAM.

Only worthwhile if it helps most of the games you play and you're confident it will run smoothly at 4000 frames. Generally, I'd expect a small improvement—around 5%—only in specific situations for around $250. Even on a less efficient system like the 3080 Ti, I don't think it would boot up easily. I’ve seen a noticeable jump from 132fps to 144fps in games like Hitman 2 and 3, especially with a slight boost from lower-end DDR3200 to 4000. That was the exception; I think titles like AOE4 and Total War could also benefit, but the 4000 model runs much hotter than some other models.
