The speed gap between 3200mhz and 3600mhz RAM would likely be noticeable. Your current setup is solid, but adding more memory could improve performance. You might consider buying another two sticks of 3200mhz RAM to reach 64GB, or switch to 3600mhz if you prefer.

It's not worth replacing the RAM or motherboard, even after selling your current setup. Just add 32GB and get going.

Observation hinges on how much memory speed your software relies on or benefits. In general, it doesn't seem like a significant improvement—consider adding more RAM instead.

The X470 is more than sufficient in its current state. Regarding the rest, I'm in agreement—just bring a few extra sticks and you'll be fine.

Unless you're using a 800+ Mhz device, it's almost insignificant. The only situation where I'd think it could count is if you uploaded a full hour of 4K video while in a hurry to avoid losing precious time.

Performance varies by roughly 1-3% with the quicker RAM.
