I've already tested many solutions and even reset everything, but using the media creator on a USB caused an error about my drive needing recovery. It seems there might be an issue with the drive itself. You should consider checking it for defects or contacting support for further assistance.

Was es ein Problem mit dem Gerät, das Sie ausgetauscht haben? Es könnte ein defekter Board sein? Vielleicht ein Problem mit der BIOS? Schreiben Sie die Systemspezifikationen auf (Details).

the free cloning tool on WD's website performs well. consider checking it before moving elsewhere. . what issues did you encounter with the HD prior to starting this process? if you cloned a faulty drive, did you also copy the errors? the board connections might be faulty or not properly configured in the BIOS—software installation at the desktop may be necessary. try transferring your software to a dvd-rom drive and proceed from there. edit... have you reinitialized the BIOS using the jumper as recommended? (cmos reset) no, I don't mean just doing it while the machine is running.

I returned home this evening and restarted the system; it’s now running smoothly. Everything seems fine so far—thanks! I haven’t done anything since last night, but things picked up today.
