The LS24A600U was originally configured for 75Hz. It appears the setting was adjusted to 59.95Hz without changing any hardware or software. Despite trying driver updates and other Windows adjustments, the issue persists.

I attempted to reduce the resolution to 1920x1080 but it remains unchanged. I’m puzzled as to why this happened.

Consider changing the cable. Check if it's connected to the motherboard or GPU. Use ddu to remove drivers, then reinstall them.
