For a month my R5 3550H GTX 1650 ran CSGO smoothly at around 90 FPS. After checking Vega 8 benchmarks, it seems the same performance is achieved. How can I set up the GTX 1650 for CSGO so I get a stable 144 FPS on a 144Hz display? Thanks.

You're likely facing a bottleneck from your CPU speed or memory, especially with Ryzen. What components are you using, and what's the CPU clock speed during CS:GO? Also, how is the GPU performing?

I have an 8GB RAM with a 2400MHz clock. I turned off the automatic selection between integrated and discrete GPUs, but nothing changed. I rechecked my laptop benchmarks—with the default settings, they consistently reached 240fps at low settings. Why isn’t it faster? I didn’t bother measuring the clock speeds.
