Hello, you're currently using a Windows 7 installation on an SSD RAID with an Intel 750 SSD. You've now switched to Windows 10, which boots from the RAID array. To speed up the boot process and move Windows to the PCIe SSD, you'll need to perform a few steps:

1. **Backup your data** – Ensure all important files are saved before proceeding.
2. **Create a bootable USB drive** – Use tools like Rufus or Windows Installer to make a bootable USB with Windows 10.
3. **Transfer the OS to the PCIe SSD** – Use a tool such as DiskPart (Windows) or GParted to partition and format the PCIe drive, then copy the Windows installation files there.
4. **Reinstall Windows** – Boot from the USB drive and follow the installation prompts, selecting the new PCIe SSD during setup.
5. **Update BIOS/UEFI** – Ensure your motherboard supports PCIe 3.0 or higher for optimal performance.

If you need detailed instructions for any of these steps, let me know!

It appears the tool reinstalls Windows 10 automatically without letting you pick your preferred installation drive.
