You just received V.A.N.S and noticed performance issues. Your system freezes briefly when you force V.A.T while a quest runs, especially when the character is distant. You have 980 frames per second in-game but are struggling with lag. There might be a way to disable or adjust the perk temporarily for better control.
I believe this choice isn’t available. I checked as well since I received a bonus for calming your rivals, but it seemed to be quite bothersome, so I thought about removing it. I wasn’t sure if there’s a specific command for that.
