Discovered that version c2960-lanlitek9-mz.150-2.SE6 functions properly. Uncertain about the reasons behind the issues with other releases.
It's strange, I thought c2960-lanlitek9-mz.150-2.SE4.bin would also function properly because it's on the same train, but fortunately it is now working, which is a positive outcome.
