I purchased a new Gigabyte Aorous B550 Pro AC motherboard recently, but my RAM isn't functioning in dual-channel mode. I recall it worked before; now both sticks operate separately and in any slot, yet inserting two causes no boot and the motherboard lights up with a DRAM error on the latest BIOS. Could you assist?

They came in the first two (A1, A2) – that’s channel 1 for your motherboard?

It seems your motherboard might be faulty, especially with the DIMMs in B1 or B2 not booting. That could indicate a hardware issue.

They should be in levels a1 and a2, but if they don’t start up there, it’s likely
