In short, the GTX 1650 won’t fit due to power supply issues, and I’m checking if a Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF can go into a Dell Optiplex 3020 MT case.

I believe the SFF and MT motherboards vary. You can install a basic 3020, 5020 or 7020 tower and relocate your CPU, storage and memory. (Because they're all Dell OEM parts, you should face no problems turning Windows back on.)

Consider replacing the old Dell components with a new setup. Use a suitable case, a regular power supply, and a standard motherboard.
