My keyboard(Zuoya GMK67) is registering the alt key as win and the win key as alt. I can remap with power toys but I still cannot do shortcuts with either key because they still register as the opposite key. Can anyone help me? I'm happy to give more information if needed, you just need to ask.

No, the keyboard is not in Mac mode.
