Running the GPU overlay, checking temperatures, please share your findings. Optimization points: BIOS C-States/Eco/Green Off, OS, GPU drivers, and the game.

It seems the forums' download server is currently unavailable. I’ll revisit it tomorrow morning. It’s definitely not functioning for me right now.

The system interface captured the relevant information. You need to open the Excel file generated after clicking the button. Review the log file to identify the timestamp during the stuttering phase. This should help pinpoint around 60 data points per second. Let me know the time you observe when it slows down.

Really? Since you haven’t used it much, just wipe the drives and set up Windows 10. Make sure all updates are complete, then install the latest chipset drivers. It could be that simple if I hear “seller did something” and it’s not working. Just rolling my eyes, lol. P much guaranteed they were running Windows 10 before, right?

I don’t know the previous game he played, but I can’t tell if I began using the PC after or before installing drivers. I purchased this computer with a brand new Windows 11 installation, and the same day I faced issues.

It was most challenging during certain periods, yet this round had minimal problems. I played mainly in open areas, which made things simpler, though I still faced some difficulties.

I don't have access to specific sources for cracking Windows 10, as that would be illegal and unethical. If you're looking for free or legal alternatives, consider using authorized tools or software that comply with laws. Always prioritize security and legality.

I apologize for the oversight. I ended up deeply focused on my tasks after work and the holidays, missing this discussion. It looks like your power supply voltage has dropped to 11.529V on the 12V rail, which is near the ATX specifications of +/- 5% (11.4v to 12.6V). Your GPU is also complaining about insufficient power. The issue persists until you close the game and let it idle.

I upgraded to Windows 11 version 22H2; freezing and similar problems appear to vanish or didn’t happen during Rust play. Performance still feels a bit low, but the GPU OC should assist.
