You're considering Ark Survival Evolved and wondering if your PC can run it smoothly at 60fps. It sounds like you're evaluating performance and might need some upgrades. Checking the part list from the link could help identify what components require improvement. Adjusting settings may be necessary, but upgrading certain hardware could boost performance.

The game is already heavily optimized, making it difficult for even 980ti to reach 60 frames per second

You're facing issues with stability and performance on your setup. Try optimizing settings, updating drivers, or checking for GPU compatibility. If the problem persists, consider upgrading components.

It seems the game isn't fully refined yet. I believed it was still under construction.

It's still under active improvement, but right now it performs quite poorly. I play at 1440p with a reduced resolution, mostly high settings, low shadow detail, and minimized sky effects. At that configuration, I'm getting around 30-40 FPS, which is the best I've managed. Your specs are listed in my profile—my 5820K is even boosted to 4500 MHz.

Currently, the situation isn't great. I'm stuck with the same graphics card and a 4770 model. I can only handle up to 30 minutes before it gets too much. The resolution is low/medium, giving me 30-50 frames per second. Plus, the visuals are pretty poor. Just keep in mind I don't demand high performance or great graphics.
