Hello everyone. I purchased a used Surface Pro 8 with an SSD:
SAMSUNG MZ9LQ256HBJQ-00000. Has it been replaced? From what I understand, Surface Pro 8 should come with Kioxia SSD. It's the i7 16GB 256GB model.

Samsung's SSD models tend to be of higher quality. It's unclear if a lower-tier option would suit your needs regarding build standards. Additionally, it seems the vendor's SSD choices might have changed, possibly sourcing from Kioxia. I noticed another listing on the website featuring an SK Hynix SSD.

The drive cannot be swapped out for the Surface Pro. It was included with the device and could not be altered.

The original SSD included with Microsoft Surface Pro 8 is Kioxia SSD, though your device came with a Samsung model.
