I recently switched to Windows 11 on my Surface laptop 3. Since then, the WiFi card keeps failing about once a week, and I’m constantly searching for a solution. Initially, removing it via Device Manager helped, but when it broke again, that didn’t resolve the issue. I tried installing drivers from Intel’s site, which worked for a week before it failed again. Downloading surface drivers from Microsoft provided some temporary relief. Finally, after a fresh Windows 11 install, it functioned properly for about three weeks. I’m starting to suspect the card itself might be faulty. It cost $400 to return it, so I want to confirm it’s a hardware problem before doing that. I’m really stuck and would appreciate any advice!
