reinstalling the client on multiple storage drives, re-downloading games from different networks, disabling antivirus software, completely wiping everything and reinstalling Windows. Despite these efforts, the downloads still don't complete. My current specs are a 3900x CPU, 5700xt GPU, 32GB RAM, and 3200MHz processor speed. It's unclear what to do next.

The process would fail because launching from a file folder isn't supported.

It seems like you're referring to a weather alert. Would you like me to help you find contact information for the relevant authorities?

I understand that, however, the ESO launcher experienced a problem where it couldn't identify the update status of the game until it was opened with administrative privileges, until the issue was resolved.

I just tested it as admin but the same problem persists. I've had more than 300 gigabytes across all drives, even after a clean install. My 500 GB NVMe 1TB SSD and 2TB HDD are still affected.

It works for every single game I play. I always download through Blizzard because I don’t have another PC to test the files on.

Consider checking for any ongoing Windows Update issues that might be affecting other downloads. NOTE: If you're in the Blizzard NA area, you could be seeing the updated battle.net launcher trying to install itself. Edited January 18, 2021 by Eighjan
