Everything looks smooth at over 140fps. Make sure the case and fans are clean. Use fresh paste. For better speed, consider upgrading your CPU and GPU.

I just finished cleaning my PC a few weeks back. Right now I can't afford to buy a new CPU, so I'm considering adding more RAM, a solid-state drive, and a temporary CPU cooler until I can save up for a proper upgrade.

At 83 with 50% usage, a fresh cooler would be beneficial. The existing one struggled to keep up with the 3770 and a replacement would improve performance.

It might be the paste you're using; upgrading to a cooler master hyper 212 from an Intel stock could make a noticeable difference without costing much more. Just check the fit first—it's not certain.

And an additional RAM stick would help if you only have one, add it as well. I don’t think Intel stock coolers are worth it, so consider upgrading that too. That would be the third step—just add 2 RAM and a cooler. Unless the current cooler was already working, then maybe go for RAM third.
