Hi, I've noticed some issues after upgrading to the 3060 Ti. The monitor stays black regardless of port or onboard settings, USB devices don't work (no LED), but fans spin fine. When trying to install the GPU on another PC it works perfectly. I've already tried several fixes: changed RAM, swapped power supplies, adjusted PCIe slot, removed and replaced the network card, reset drives and reinstalled Windows 11, and even replaced the battery. After disconnecting everything and a few failed boot attempts (with Win11 and old GPU connected), the PC starts. It seems the motherboard or CPU isn't the problem. Could you help me figure something out? Thanks ahead of time and sorry for the unclear English!

It seems the GPU or Mobo requires a BIOS update. Many similar situations have occurred before.
