No public AMD APUs feature six cores. The top option is the 3400G offering four cores. There are 4000 series chips available, but only authorized manufacturers provide them, so you’d need a prebuilt unit. The most affordable Intel processor with six cores is the 10400. Any Intel chip without an 'f' in its name includes an integrated GPU.

currently there isn't a 6-core version with IGPU yet. The 3400g model supports 4 cores, while the 4700g offers 8 cores using IGPU, though it's hard to locate.
