Hello, I just reinstalled Windows and this problem came up unexpectedly—I have no idea... the interface or the text images seem to vanish and then reappear...

Do all the drivers for your graphics cards run the latest versions? Both integrated and separate drivers might need updates. It’s possible your computer requires a general system update, especially if you didn’t connect it to a network during Windows installation—it could trigger numerous pending updates.

Graphics drivers are up to date, everything handled by NVIDIA GeForce Experience. Iv took care of it all. The issue arose after I reinstalled Windows—initially it worked fine, but once I began installing GPU, CPU, and motherboard drivers, the problem reappeared. It wasn’t a fresh install; I only updated Windows to version 21H2 after upgrading from 20H2.

Consider removing the graphics driver via DDU and then reinstalling it yourself (avoid using GeForce Experience).
