I assembled a fresh machine a few weeks back and it won’t upload unless I power up the TV first. It’s not a major issue since it works well afterward, but I still plan to fix it. I prefer using a TV over a monitor. I’m aiming for a simple fix by adjusting settings in the BIOS.

Model: MSI PRO B660-A DDR4 ATX LGA1700
Processor: Intel Core i5-12600KF 3.7 GHz
CPU Cores: 10
Clock Speed: 16-core
Memory: 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600
Graphics: Corsair Vengeance LPX 650W
Power Supply: 2TB SSD Samsung

It might be resolved through BIOS settings, but since it's a first-gen model, your GPU could lack proper support for the display. This is my most likely interpretation.
