I begin with a game titled The Division 2 or similar titles, and I can play briefly when my PC shuts down or freezes. After updating my RAM, it worked initially but later started crashing again. I’m seeking assistance from the community if possible. I really need support.

Have you considered reinstalling the previous RAM to check if it resolves the issue?

D2 drains a huge share of my system power, handling over 85% of the load on my 5950X and full capacity on my 3080ti. It might be time to check my PSU.

I purchased a new RAM because I couldn't run the game at all.
