PUBG seems to have major issues. Achieving 120 FPS is extremely difficult given its poor optimization. We should also check the game settings you're using.

your graphics card is GeForce GTX 1060. it runs an Intel Core i7-1700G with 17 cores, 3.6 GHz clock speed. you have 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and about 2 TB of storage. at the moment, you can’t launch the game even at a resolution like 640xsomething.
