Hello, I just acquired a used 7700k for my B250 Pro 4 motherboard. It should fit and work. Here’s my list of components. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jx2c27 When attempting to power it up, the fans spin at reduced speed and the lightning bolt light on top of my case lights up. The CPU doesn’t appear to be running. Could the issue be insufficient power supply? With a 450W rating I assume it should be fine. What are your thoughts?

I didn't have any previous setup before this. I checked if the BIOS was updated to the newest version prior to replacing the CPUs.

The screen indicates sufficient power for the project. When attempting a boot, verify every connection is secure.

The screen appears black. After swapping in my old CPU, everything functions normally.
