Hello, I have a Ryzen 2700 and an RTX 3080. I'm experiencing lag and freezing in some games, with the CPU struggling to keep up and causing bottlenecks on the GPU. I need to increase RAM overclocking but don’t know how. I’m familiar with CPU and GPU overclocking, but not RAM. I’ve tried overclocking my CPU before, but only once, and it worked without changing any voltage settings. My motherboard is an Asus TUF B450-PLUS GAMING.

It shouldn't experience freezing or slow performance even when stock is running. Is the dual channel feature activated? Are both sticks correctly placed in their slots?

I'd try running them at 2133MHz to check performance. This way, we can confirm if the issue exists at higher clock speeds before adjusting further.

Certainly, the issue here is clear. The game isn't designed for that kind of playstyle. While the high settings don't improve the graphics, they actually harm performance. Try lowering it by one level and notice the difference right away.
